Opening Titles
Below is a list of all the opening titles that appear in the first sequence of The Bourne Ultimatum:
  • Universal Pictures Presents
  • A Doug Linman Film
  • The Bourne Identity
  • Matt Damon
  • Franka Pontente
  • Chris Cooper
  • Screenplay by Tony Gilroy and William Blake Herron
  • Music by John Powell
  • Casting by Joseph Middleton
  • Based on the novel by Robert Ludlum
The opening titles of this film are in a sans serif font. This makes them look very organised and important, which has to do with the film as it is about a man working for the CIA. When each title appears on the screen, it stays for a short amount of time but is very easy to read. The text is white in colour and this is a good choice as it stands out from the blue background. When each title appears, letters unscramble to form a name, much like it was in an encryption.
